Importance of 5-Point Harness Carseat

Speaking of carseats, here’s a video with some valuable information on the importance of using a 5-point harness carseat with your toddler. Pooky’s Britax Decathlon has a 5-point harness, and we plan on having her ride in this until she outgrows it (it holds up to 65 lbs or until the child’s head surpasses the carseat height). It should last until she’s 5-6 years old. It gives us peace of mind to know that she’s definitely safer this way.

Oh, and the video is heartwrenching. Since becoming a mother, I just can’t help breaking down every time I hear about negative things that impact children. Yes, indeed, I had a good cry watching this.
