Are We There Yet? Road Trip Survival

On the RoadBoy, do I remember those family road trips from when I was a kid. 6 children and 2 adults in a car that was definitely not big enough. We never flew anywhere because it was just too expensive with such a large family which meant that family vacations took the form of looooong drives. Rest stops were just as much of a destination as the actual destination itself. It seemed like we occupied ourselves most of the time with the dreaded guessing game: “Who Farted?!” Somehow, we survived.

The folks at MomsMinivan.com have compiled 101 Car Travel Games & Road Trip Ideas for Kids. There are activity ideas on the site for babies, toddlers, and older kids with everything from This Little Piggy to Car-i-Oke. Check it out before you hit the road.
