Symphony In Motion Mobile

I stayed away from purchasing a mobile for Pooky because she was going to be co-sleeping with us for at least the first 6 months, and I had also thought, did she really need it? At about 3 months, I believe, she started taking a lot of interest in things that move and make sounds. Of course, I was so excited that I went online and looked up the most popular mobile and ended up purchasing the Symphony In Motion mobile made by Tiny Love.

This mobile has bright primary coloors and a lot of visually stimulating elements: angular rotation, shapes, stripes, dots. It plays music by Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart. I purchased the deluxe version with the remote control, except I found I never used the remote. The very first time Pooky fell asleep by herself (without any rocking or walking, etc) was when I left her in the crib for a few minutes to play with the mobile on. I definitely thought something magical happened!
