I first saw this on Boing Boing. It’s a video of a couple U.S. soldiers who decided to have a little “fun” with Iraqi children by dangling a bottle of water from the back of a truck while the children desperately chase after it. The guys in the video apparently think it’s funny. I don’t think it’s funny.
