I wasn’t sure I’d have much use for Diaper Baggies when I first received them. The concept was interesting: a decorated little ziploc type bag used for disposing your dirty diapers. However, I’m the type that doesn’t like purchasing “specialty bags” and would instead reach for the plastic grocery store bag or the household ziploc bag, so I was a bit skeptical about how useful these would be.
What I like about Diaper Baggies is that they lock in odors, they’re environmentally friendly and made from recycled plastics, and they’re small enough to stick a few in your diaper bag without adding bulk. Although I wouldn’t purchase them to use on a regular basis, I’ve found them to be quite handy when out and about with baby. It’s great for those instances when there’s not a garbage can around or when you’re over at someone else’s house, and you don’t want to leave a smelly diaper in their garbage. Price: $5.49 for 40 at Happi Baby. They’re currently running a special: buy 2 or more packs and get 1 pack free.
