Recall: Infant and Children’s Tylenol

Oh boy. Tylenol has just issued a recall on certain lots of infant and children’s Tylenol because it may be contaminated with a bacteria that causes pneumonia. We’ve given Bugsy a few doses of infant Tylenol in the past couple weeks because of vaccinations and a cold that he caught, so I was not happy to hear this. I immediately grabbed our bottle of infant Tylenol and checked the lot numbers being recalled. Whew, it wasn’t one of them. It doesn’t make me feel very good, however, to hear that a product that’s supposed to make your child feel better may make them worse.
